Robert is a Managing Member of MGC Health Advisors LLC. Decades of experience include a wide range of senior healthcare executive, financial management, and program development throughout the U.S. and internationally.

 

MGC provides consultant advisory services to a variety of healthcare, technology, and other industry-related companies, as well as governmental agencies as to the acquisition, merger, expansion, and development of healthcare businesses. MGC and its Members invest in and represent, as Agents, in the U.S., for domestic and European companies providing healthcare innovation and technologies, which utilize advanced communication; precision medicine, and artificial intelligence applications focused on patient care quality, risk management, cost reduction, and other innovations.

Senior Vice President-Development and founding shareholder for Vanguard Health Systems 1997/2005; Senior Vice President–Development, 1992/97, Columbia/HCA Healthcare Corporation and General Securities Principal for Columbia Hospital Securities, Inc., (Nashville, TN.) Responsible for; mergers, acquisitions, and development projects in the U.S. and Europe. Led development of a number of groundbreaking healthcare network partnerships and joint ventures with U.S. investor owned hospitals; academic medical systems; faith based and nonprofit healthcare systems; European providers and insurers. 1983 to 1992, Robert, initiated and developed two U.S. public companies for Australian based Ramsay Health Care, Ltd., and Ramsay’s 2007 exploration and expansion into the U.K. Robert continues his three-decade relationship with Ramsay as advisor on opportunities and healthcare policy issues implemented or explored in the U.S. He continues a decade long advisory role for the Iberville Parish Council, Iberville Parish, Louisiana.
